WebALT is present in the Finnish ITK (Information Technology in Education) conference in April 17 and 18, 2008 in Aulanko Hotel in the town of Hämeenlinna in Finland. Come to hear about and try our services and products for high schools and colleges at our booth 312. Also Marja-Leena Viljanen from the Helsinki High School of Natural Sciences and Kari Lehtonen from the Metropolia college present their experiences of using WebALT exercises in teaching on Thursday, April 17 at 14:30 in the ITK-forum.

A demo of WebALT virtual Single Variable Calculus course is on display at the Helsinki University Museum. The demo is also available online here.

WebALT will showcase its services and products as part of the exhibition on Mathematics in Finland at the Museum of the University of Helsinki during the month of November. Visitors will be introduced to demonstration material and will be able to visit the WebALT office in Second Life.
